I’m Patrick Rumore, a New Jersey REALTOR who helps homeowners in Northern New Jersey turn painful property tax bills into smarter housing and lifestyle decisions. Born and raised in New Jersey, I have lived in several counties and know first‑hand how dramatically property taxes, schools, and long‑term value can vary from town to town, even just a few miles apart.
Much of my focuses is on the high‑tax, high‑opportunity suburbs of Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic, and Union Counties. I regularly help clients compare towns like Montclair, Maplewood, Glen Ridge, West Orange, South Orange Village, Westfield, and Summit with lower‑tax or better‑value options such as Paramus, Mahwah, Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Chatham, Madison, Bernards Township, and Warren.
Before becoming an agent, I bought homes myself and felt like “just a transaction” once the closing was over. That experience pushed me to build a different kind of real estate business, where clients feel like family and know I’m still there long after the keys change hands.
